Hello! Unless anyone knows any better.... i'm pretty sure they are snail eggs from your zebras... i've got two zebra snails and hundreds of these little white things....when they first appeared i looked into it too....and as far as i know they are eggs but its often very difficult to raise them...

looks good! :) i have them in some of my tanks... sometimes to hold/hide the airstone like you but also my lake tang cichlids love them....i turn them upside down and drill the holes in the bottom to make them a little bigger so my fish can get in and out and they love to hide in them... :)

you mean...your not sure if you left them out too long and they might have started defrosting before you put them back...?? if so... i'm not sure if theres a way you can tell....maybe they look different?? but i've definately heard that once they've been defrosted you shouldn't then refreeze...

Well… my boyfriend’s dad came home yesterday with what he thought were 5 melanochromis loriae … I searched around and came up with chipokae but the fish he has are more of an off white colour with black/brown stripes….definitely no bluey tone so I guess they must be something else?? yeah i'd agree with Karen...i believe that beach sand is a no no because it might change the PH etc of your tank water...i used play sand from B&Q and its great Hels x

hi... i would agree with the other info posted...i have a breeding pair of kribs and the only thing i would add is that colouration on the male can also darken to a really deep red when he's ready to breed... try going onto google then clicking on image search (above the typing box) and search...
