    Sick Silver Dollar!!! (EMERGENCY!!)

Sorry about late reply, but it seems to have kind of cleared up. His eyes are still bulging and it looks like there is water under his scales. And yes his 5 gallons is cycled and he's 2 inches, just a young dollar.

    bloating or something worse

Daphnia also works like peas, and if it is a tumor there isn't much you can do but I suspect it's not. Make sure you soak your food or else it will expand in their stomachs. Especially with blood worms. I soak my food for a minute then feed.

    EMERGENCY! New betta fin rot??

Your tank needs to be cycled, but I suppose it is a step up from a uncycled fish bowl. I do not suspect that is fin rot though. Just watch it and if it gets worse treat it. And while doing water changes make sure you use a water de-chlorinator

New female betta, has fin rot and white spots?

That tank is too small for that fish. A betta fish need at least 2-5 gallons a heat and a filter. The fin rot is from poor water quality and the white spots are most likely ick. Get a 5-gallon tank with a heater and a filter and treat him for ick and fin rot.
