Unfortunately, the plant was only labled as "aquatic plant". Thank you for trying though!

Here are some more pictures... the stems seem kind of "woody" and when I pulled the plant out of the pot it was basically a grouping of about 3 "branches" and then 2 smaller ones.  I hope I'm describing it well.  . I hope these pictures help.  Thanks so much for your trouble.
