I would recommend corydoras with almost anything. Nothing hurts them,they don't hurt anybody.

Feed them anything that is a bug, or minnows. Its quite simple

Also called banded,rainbow,or striped gourami. And my temp and hardness should be ok,my corys and swordtails have lived together for almost 2 years just fine.

The gourami I was referring to only grows to be 4 inches only

If its gravel problems,than I recommend corydoras.

Lucky,my bronze corys layed eggs a year or so ago and they got fungus and never hatched. They haven't layed eggs since. I would sure like them too. Water and temperature changes haven't worked. I guess I will have to wait.

Dropsy,my blue gourami died from that.It looked so nasty with scales sticking out and it was all fat.
