Hi guys,    Bought some Neon Tetra & Guppies from the local aquarium shop, to find an extra surprise when we got home.   Does anyone know what type of fish he is ?   Blue coloring can be seen around eye, black dot on dorsal fin.   Thanks for any help guys.     size compared to Guppy
