hi everyone, is there a difference between aquruim salt and ocean salt? most pet stores sell aqurium salt and it sell for quite cheap, and other sell ocean salt or instant ocean for marine aquariums which is much higher prices. can anyone seperate the two for me? and just another quick...

Does anyone know what would be required to house a crawfish? He came in with our goldfish order and he is just huge! at least 5 in. i have a 55 gal aq. and it is tropical with a few ass. sharks and gouramis. anything will help thanks guys

hello all, i have begun to notice alot of brown colored algae on my filter cartriges and along the base of my decorations? can anyone lend a hand to identify this stuff and perhaps give me an idea on how to avoid it? thanks everyone

Does anyone have experience with the aquatech brand?? im prety sure its from Walmart. is this filter any good?? i have two 30-60 gal. filters in a 60 gal. aqurium and it seems to be running ok... any thoughts? thanks

thanks man, i agree with the emperor but i have to ask about the aquaclear? does it offer better fitleration? i was under the impression it was a lower end filter with only reasonable results? your thought would be greaty apreciated! thanks again everyone

well... i really didnt realise they needed THAT much space, i was positive the 108 gal would be plenty, i feel kinda silly now... :*)

yeah, but they are still really young and they will be transfered to my 108 gal as soon as they get a little bigger... its only temporary

i have recently found an amazing deal on a 180 us gal aquarium,(free!!), i was just wondering everyones oppinion on the best filter setup. i currently own 2 aquatech 30-60 gal. filters i could incorperate. any sugestions? thanks everyone
