I also have a female choprae danio who is very swollen, however no pine-coning, regular swimming, and voracious appetite. I believe she is gravid, and not ill. Just a FYI. 

I started my tank the first week of July. The tank sat running for about 3 weeks before adding fish, however I didn't do an official "cycling".    I had my water tested by my local LFS. It's been tested every 3 weeks since July, with the same results. 

New fish were added on the 9th- the 2 guppies and the 3 loaches.    No other chemicals near the tank.
