Hey everyone a friend of mine is looking to get some fish she has identified, I'm not too familiar with small freshwater fish and have more experience with cichlids than anything else. So any help identifying these guys would be awesome!

Honestly I'm ok doing either all I'm looking for is some fish recomendations that fit what I stated. Large cichlids close to the size of an Oscar but less aggressive, or good schooling small fish.

shouldnt be more the 10$ in 2x4s then a single sheet of plywood SHOULD cover the stand   before staining or painting id say 60$ roughly  depending on what type of ply wood you go with that is. I have only looked into 3/4 inch plywood so actually i would say like 30-40$ should build the stand...

yes I agree prime is the best dechlorinator and is rather cheap for how much it actually treats.

Also if you live in a city ask how much chlorine they put in the water. I have to double dose my dechlorinitor because are city runs such a high amount that normal dosing does not get rid of all the chlorine.

do you live in the city or the county? I have seen foam happen from cities that have a high percentage of chlorine in their water, the bubbles occur as the chlorine evaporates with the water in the form of a noxious gas that can be harmful to the fish. Also everything Ninjo stated is dead on.
