Hi Guys,    Kinda feeling a change within my Tank.    Want more hiding places for my bottom dwellers? Any ideas on DIY caves? Home-made etc?    Any ideas welcome !

On average, how much live rock would minimally be needed for a tank that size?

Well they all seem to be happy in the tank. Both bristlenoses are babies but will be moved on when needs be. I've had my two snails for near enough two years. No sign of babies yet... Hope to be moving out soon along with a Rio 400

That's cool. Should it be a split 50\50? Or have you experienced this and found you need more of one than the other?

My tank is about a year old. Had 3 Otto's which get on very happily.

So if I got RO water and mixed with tap it'll lower the hardness and the overall PH of my water?

I wanna lower my PH in my tank, its currently 7.0! And I would like around about 6.5 for some dwarf cichlids. I have 4 pieces of 5-7 inches of bogwood but nothings bringing it down. Was thinking of using a chemical but I wanna hear of any other solutions first..
