Is there a quick way to tell? I have been under the impression they are both male but I'm new to fish keeping so I may be wrong. Do they have distinctive tells?

Hi, I have recently purchased 2 red gourami and they are constantly doing a strange ritual. They seem to take up a 69 position (sorry!) and circle round. Is this normal behaviour?

Yes I have a testing kit, API master test. It was the first thing I bought when I upgraded my tank. I don't have problem with looking after them, I just have an issue with the look of the tank - because of some losses it looks too random.

From what i understand, if you're adding to the bucket, then it's just enough for the bucket. If you add the water to your tank and then add the prime you need to add enough for the tank.
