Just noticed it this morning in the tank. It keeps emitting a cloud of slightly white water.  

Yes i bought it from my LFS. I went back in today and showed them a picture of this white stuff. They think it is either dead algae or due to salt buildup and think its nothing harmful. I've directed one of the power heads at it to see if that makes a difference.

So nothing harmfull for the fish?

It is increasing in size, difficult to say how fast. It seems to be on one side of the rock closer to the light. Could that have something to do with it?

The tank has been running for around 5 weeks now. It is stocked with two damsels and 5 turbo snails. No corals. No calcium either. Levels are all good. salinity = 1.025 at 76F

Hey, I was wondering if someone could tell me what this white solidified substance is growing on my rocks? Is this due to the light? Is it safe? Cheers

So i bought some live rock the other day from my local fish shop, when putting in in the tank something caught my eye and a good job it did! A dark blue/black sea urchin. Is this ok to keep in the tank? safe? I know nothing about them. Cheers

The broken part is the 'water level adjustment dial'

I accidentally snapped the water level adjustment dial off my salty box v2 nano skimmer. Is this part vital for the functioning of the skimmer? Bit of a long shot but does anyone a spare part here have one i could have? Or do i need a new skimmer? cheers

Hey, So i bought a Boyo - tl 550 at the weekend and looking around it appears that some of the same model have more slats on the back leading into chamber 1. I dont have them on mine, only at the very top. Could this be a problem for water flow? Is it possible to buy or mod this one? Anyone...
