ive brought a ceramic difuser for it as the thing that came with it is huge! (and ugly) and a couple of rocks an some wood.   would love some plant advice tho want a carpeting plant in the foreground maybe some christmas moos on the wood and some nice mid and background plants too.  ...

I was only thinking cherry shrimp as i have never kept shrimp how are  other shrimp compared?

Ive also been reading it might be better to swap the diffuser that comes with it for a smaller glass/ ceramic one. any views?

Im wanting to set up a cherry shrimp tank. Ive decided on an Aquael Shrimp 30, but im unsure of the best substrate to use. i want some live plants/ mosses so would like some guidence on plants and substrates to go with?

I saw this fish in a pet shop yesterday and the staff didnt know what it was, it was about 3-4", any ideas?
