well, for starters, he grows up to 6-8 inches, so he shouldnt be in a tiny tank, and how much do you feed it? mine looked really fat after it was done eating for the day.
lol, i saw some at one of my lfs's and they looked awesome, only 2 or 3 inches long, seemingly perfect for a 10 gallon, but they grow almost 4' long dont they
my 130 gal is about a centimeter higher on the front side than the back, i only noticed this a few weeks ago, and i hope it wont all come crashing down soon
they have a coat of slime that keeps them from getting dehydrated while they are out of water... i think. and you would rub it off
i wouldnt actually have a guppy, i vould easily get one and have had them...

the tank im getting comes with filter, sand, plants, lights, everything but a lid, which i can make. and it has a fair amount of plants which i read they need, i just need some floating plants. i guess ill see how many the store gets in stock.

ok, 2 inches would be good, but i would need 260 pounds of sand? that sounds like a bit much, my friend had about 5 gallons of live sand for his saltwater tank that was 48"x13" and it was about 2 inches or so thick.
