He sleeps more than before and looks a bit hard to balance himself.
I really change 1/3-1/2 water once a week with waste treatment solutions. There are some snails and water plants in the tanks. I clean the tanks and change filter every 3-4 days.
I changed the water a lot recently so the water should be all clean now.

After searching more, I kind of feel confirmed it is under the swim bladder disease. The treatment I found on YouTube is to make him fasting three days, change water every day and put aquarium salt, and start to feed a little bit on the fourth day.

I saw that the ammonia and nitrite were very mild, so I thought it was okay. As @NannaLou reminded we need to do water change whenever there’s any of those, I just did some water change just incase.
I just googled bladder disease. My betta has the similar symptoms of this disease on his body. While I see one other symptom of the disease is being unable to swim upright, it seem he can still swim freely so far. So I don’t know. Still searching.
Just tested the water, seems a bit Nitrate & very slight Ammonia. I don’t feel like it’s dropsy as the it is not like a big part pop up. It’s small and 2 separate parts.
