Thanks
Yeah! I was shocked(no pun intended) that it didn't short out! Luckily it was only a small low wattage LED so it was OK and didn't short anything.
Lol, it's a very good grower :) I can tell you that! Doesn't need much encouragement
Anyway, updated pictures of BOTH tanks! Been a while since I put a picture of the BBG tank up because I've been very ashamed to show it... The LED light wasn't working very well for the plants and they...
Yup, it would haha! :)
Yeah, the exact one I have is the 1-2-GROW by Tropica and it's Nymphoides sp. "Taiwan" :)
You can also get Nymphoides aquatica but I think I remember reading that it was rarer seen in the UK for some reason.
It's not a Tiger Lotus Tiger Lotus are all red, this is a Nymphoides sp. "Taiwan" AKA - The Banana Lily.
You keep looking at Nymphaea zenkeri
And thank-you :D
Really pleased I won him and actually happy with my tank for once!! Hehe!
Here's a most recent picture of Ori :) Just got some re-chargable batteries for my camera thanks to my lovely boyfriend so there will be pictures again :)
Tonight - Ori and the tank tonight :)
And the tank...
I'll start with a slithery friend of mine :)
Meet Vladimir, my baby male Caramel Stripe heterozygous Amelanistic Corn Snake :)
These photo's show just how tiny and innocent he is right now, that's a toilet roll tube and that's A4 paper XD

Verification! - Sorry for the quality, my...
It should bounce back I got some from my partner and I left some of it in a tub without light for about 3 days before remembering to plant it lol. It bounced back nicely
Yeah. That was my thinking but if it was labelled BN(I know some shops get it wrong but BN's and commons are hard to mix up) then my next thought was Starlight BN but if it's more light grey than black then I'm stumped :/
Well CAE get to 7 inch plus so they need to be removed. Once they are fully grown they become territorial and may take a liking to the eyes and scales of your other fish. Your tank is very overstocked right now.
Unless your corydoras are pygmy corydoras I would personally say none of your fish...
My little boy Ori :) Photo is a comparison photo of him because he's a Marble so his colour changes. Here's the change between the 22nd October 2013 and tonight the 3rd November 2013 :)

Haha, nothing has been moved but unfortunately I think he's going to go into another strop soon as in two weeks the tank will be moved while we move house :/
I'll just keep an eye on him though and hope he starts eating again ASAP after the move.
He has plenty of places to hide lol, two of them I know where they are(behind the filter and just behind one part of wood) and then other places I still haven't found out where XD
However!!! I have been seeing him out a lot more(this morning too!) so I have been keeping an eye on him and I...
I'm in the UK so we're OK :) His are only between about 1-1.5 inch long but they have quite the bite already! He has a chunk of skin missing from the end of his finger from the smallest ones bite  Luckily no blood so no feeding frenzy hehe.
Yes Red Bellies are scaredy cats but they are able to kill their own "pack" mates lol. That's all I'm saying :)
My boyfriends baby Red Bellies bit him the other night XD
Thanks! :D
I haven't moved him but obviously I did re-scape the tank so I did unsettle him. I've found he likes banana but it fowls my water very quickly and I have to leave it in over night because otherwise he doesn't eat it :/
He doesn't touch the Hikari Sinking Wafer's either but I...
Yeah, I did notice that... Oh well, we answered the questions if they come back on.
I'd love a Red Tailed Racer and maybe that will be my next purchase when I have more money and room lol. Or a Rhino Rat Snake, love Rhino Rat Snakes :)
