not very colourful , a interesting species to keep will eat any food offered I feed them flake food catfish pellets an, live foods earthworms, white worms, and fruit flies,
I think we have a lot in common, Most times I tell myself not to get any fish There are also times when I can't make my mind up and got to go back,

they get some flake food fed to them two or three times a week some are started to colour up
I wouldn't waste money on Liquifry . Crushed up flake food soaked in small amount of water for 5 or10 minutes will do the same job Or feed as normal. Small parcels will breakaway for fish to eat

some of the most difficult fish to keep are from the livebearer family I also get many people saying that livebearers are easy to be keep and some of them had never got past the famous 4 :sad:

Both pairs have adapted well to their new environment. female in early stages of pregnancy,

I agree they are under-rated but still a nice looking fish. Not all of the eggs are good. Approximately 250 may hatch.Between 30 and 50 would be a good number to work with.
