i Just changed his water about a week ago. I belve he has ick.

My fish Frank is almost 1 year old. I got him in 2011 christmas. latly he is sleeping altot. almost upside down but then when i make a loud noise or shakes him he swims fast then goes back to sleep i'm scared that today is his last day. :(
