Hi, I have a Juwel Rio 180. I think its odd to put the coarse sponges at the bottom and fine at the top of the filter. Now I'm using filter medium in mesh bags in the bottom holder, then a white pad, in the other holder I put the fine sponges at the bottom and coarser at the top.
