sorry for late reply, my notifications don't seem to work.. I'm not near Coventry soon. all remaining fish are now going to lfs. I'll list plants and equipment on the weekend if anyone is interested. thanks to all those who have taken fish to their new home.

With my Electric going up by 14% !!! OMG !  and im tied into a 2 year contract, I may be slimming down my tanks from 4 to 1 ::BIG SAD FACE::   Just looking to see if there is any interest (See sig for current Fish), and all equipment etc or is pre-Christmas a BAD time to sell ?

You can cycle a tank on just "Used Media".

+1   Same here, I run 3 Cory dedicated tanks and all had gravel in them.  Noticeable difference in behavior when I changed to sand.  More actively sifting through sand etc.

Gratz on the eggs :D   Usually around 9-12 months.

Esha2000 is what I use for all my cory tanks.  Works well and doesnt kill off the filter bacs :D

I have a further 10+ Juvinile's ready for sale. £2 each or can do 6 for £10   All very active and eating well etc.

I third Planet Catfish.   Very usefull for cory keepers.

Silly question, but have you added any other fish to the tank ?

Not sure Id risk Paint stripper as it may react with the silicone.

most Cory eggs are whitish yellow in color. never seen black before.

Sorry for your losses, but what is your tank temperature at ? Corydoras arcuatus (Skunks) prefer 22-26 Centigrade so if you are above/below this, that could be your issue.
