Hi, I have 2 pregnant crystal red shrimps!! I was wondering what would be a good price for crystal red if I sell some to my LFS? They're 12$ CAD each where I live. I really don't know how much they usually buy them so I would like advice. :)

My whiptail passed away today :-( What could have been the causes?

It happened before I put the leaves and cones, I stopped my filter to feed the pearl gourami and when I turned the filter back on the whiptail was on the front glass where the filter outflow is, then the whiptail kind of jumped from surprise, maybe hit himself or something and then he let...

It doesn't seem interested in processed food at all for now, I added oak leaves and cones yesterday to add more food/biofilm. Tankmates are corydoras aeneus, pearl gourami and hengeli rasboras. Parameters are PH: 7.2, my water is soft (GH) and I don't have nitrites or ammonia.

Hi my whiptail is laying upside down and breathing heavily, looks like he has difficulty, I don't know what to do, every other fish is doing good.

Maybe killifish, we don't see them very often.

Hello, I recreated something I saw on internet, I would like to make another one when I have the time. What should I do next? I was thinking maybe blackwater tetra species starting with tucano tetra, green neon tetra ect... Or dwarf cichlid, or gouramis or killies? Too many options, oh and also...

Ok perfect thank you, if I find a wood that has a cave kind of shape I will replace it so it looks very natural. For now I think the whiptail will like it.

I added a cave I got when I bought my aquarium in my tank. Will it release chemicals from the paint they they use to make it? I hope I can keep it, I love to see my fish interact with it. My biggest pearl gourami even went in the cave lol.

I don't think I will gat another schooling fish that swims in the middle. Could I get dwarf corys with an apistogramma pair? Otherwise I would love to get hatchetfish or pencilfish since I can't get them in my 55g because of the pearl gouramis (I think?). @Byron you might be able to get me more...

I know but since I got him, he stays at the front of the tank and he doesn't look shy or stressed, the big pearl gouramis were pushing each other at the bottom of the tank for food next to him and he stayed there.
