I will. I don’t want to use salt, I’m going on vacation in 2 days. I also don’t want to stress him out anymore than he already is. I’ll do a 50% WC tomorrow morning (it’s currently 12am haha) and one right before I leave. It’s a Betta Flow EF5 filter.

Ohhh thank you for replying. I don’t know, I think he may just have been stuck, not sucked up. Will they heal on their own? Or do I have to do something to help with his fins?

First full day of the heater in the tank! It’s kept the tank temp at 78.7-79.2 Fahrenheit during the day depending on the amount of sun in the room, and 77.6-77.9 Fahrenheit at night (we turn the house temp down a few degrees at night). So far, this is an awesome heater. I’m loving it.

My heater malfunctioned last night, and dumb me didn’t have an extra on hand. Running to my lfs in a few hours because they have some pretty reliable brands (Eheim, etc). I’m looking to get an adjustable heater. What wattage should I get?

Yeah, I’m pretty lucky. Feeling a bit better today. I’m super happy that I didn’t wreck anything. The hutch is sort of old, so I’m happy that the weight off of it saved it from becoming fire wood… 😂

Bleu is a male Veiltale, but I have some questions. What color is he? (I know he’s pink blue and purple, but is there a pattern/combination name?) Any ideas on how old he is?
