Personally i wouldnt keep endlers in such a small space. Ive had plenty and mine always seemed to love darting around the tank actively. I doubt they would be able to in such a small area.

id recomend using nd aquatics for a custom tank! ive used them for both of my tanks and they are brilliant quality. :)    Heres one of mine :D  

i was recommended a D-D refractometer when i started and its always been good.

Corals seem to be alot happier with the current scape/placement.

  If you have an issue with phos you need to address the issue not mask it up though

  all that list isnt necessary though, bare basics needed are ro, powerhead/wavemaker (same thing really) , a heater, live rock and sand and possibly a skimmer.   Buy second hand and its easily done.   Things like phos remover shouldnt be needed really, i only just started running rowaphos after...

I've not personally had an urchin but ive seen them so covered in corals you cant see them from above!!!   Crazy little things lol

Brought a few new additions today, my wallet is now a whole lot lighter but was sooooo worth it!   These pics arent the best as the corals were still sulking but will upload better ones tomorrow.

if you use dry rock/dead rock youll need to seed it, most people use live rock to seed it. Ive also seen people use atm colony along side live rock to help with the seeding process although im not sure how well that works. Id cycle your tank just like any other but as you have said it will take...

  My kenya trees came on the rock but as far as i am aware you can cut a kenya tree along the base to remove it from a plug and secure it with coral glue to whatever you want it on, id recomend having a good read rather than taking my advise though as ive tried this 3 times and been succesful...
