    No, I only found out about the almond leaves a couple days ago on my researches... I didn't feed them because I read that due to the yolk sack they dont need to be feed in the first day after hatching...

    I did test the tap water and it didn't have any nitrates. That's why it has been so frustrating. Sorry I didn't mention the values. but it was abou 100mg/L according to the test strips.
