Same, the fish head was litteraly going left and right, I felt the water and it was probably around 85 degrees which is pretty uncomfortable for them, but I don’t think it was the water cause it was already acting super weird even before that.

I added the salt. If your asking why they died I have no clue, checked water perimeters everything was fine. No clue how they died only thing I can think of is they were already sick when I got them or it’s ammonia.

Well both of them died now.

Just removed the one that was going crazy, I couldn’t look at it anymore, it looked like if a fish could have mad cow disease. Meanwhile my otocinclus that looks litteraly 10x better than ever other fish in my tank even known he/she doesn’t have any other otocinclus with him/her.

That’s what the one of the guys said when I first posted this. I 100% agree, probably never getting fish from there agian. I don’t know what to even do at this point.

I am about to add it, and I just realized the dead fish I just found isn’t even the one with the faded fins, it was a whole another one. The one with faded fins is going crazy right now.

What should I even do with both of these fish. And I did a water test and still 0 nitrites everything was fine.

It’s turning more gray!!!

It just happened today, yesterday they still had color in there tail what should I do.

Ok I just barley noticed this but I saw one of my guppies with half of there tail has no color?!?! And this one too!!! What is happening.

Nice that they feed off of the bad things in the tank that actually is super helpful to keep ammonia and nitrites down. How often should I feed them the fertilizers roots?

There is 6 in my tank that actually look normal. The other 3 is the ones in there’s photos which look like something is wrong with them. The one on the top definitely have something wrong with them. The 2 on the bottom just hide a lot. They look healthy on the outside they just are hiding a lot.

I already have 0 nitrites but I don’t have ammonia test strips yet so I’ll do it till I get them which is gonna be on Wednesday. But is there anything else cause some other people said add plants and stuff.

How do I do that?

And I can’t even tell if my tank is cycled, can someone tell me what it means when people tell me if my tank is cycled like how can I tell if my tank is cycled? I thought it meant you have to have your tank running for like a month or 2 and I have had my tank running for like 2 months.

I actually think that’s smart, but can I put plants in my normal gravel? Like I thought you need a bunch of stuff to keep plants in your tank. And will my polyfil in my filter hurt plants if I get them?

It’s not that I don’t want to take care of my fish, I want to try to give them a good life it’s just every time I do try to they always die. And I tested my water and there wasn’t anything wrong with it.

The fish I get are unhealthy.

Ok I was about to do a water change and I just noticed my guppy looking VERY weird like he might die weird. He is sitting at the bottom of the tank and was barley moving, he’s moving right now but he was just laying on the bottom breathing super fast, what should I do. Or is this normal

Yes I did add a source of ammonia.

I used aquarium quick start and stress coat to cycle it, it’s been running for about like 7-8 weeks. I used the tetra test strips which did not support ammonia readings I will get some that will though. For the water changes how much should I water change a day until I get the test strips?
