Those biorbs and bowls are really only for shrimp or like quarantine tanks, never for long term fish keeping.

Unless you’ve been adding fish food or pure ammonia in the tank it’s not cycled. Or you could’ve put like a neon tetra in there and that would’ve cycled it but I doubt it is. Take Hubert back and see if they can hold him for you.

the old angelfish is the dominant one and it sees the new one as invading its territory. i suggest completely rearranging the tank to get rid of territories. if that doesn’t work, get rid of the new one.
