Took some pics today at UK today for a program they run called teen conference, i took these to promote fitness/culture :)

When I started up my saltwater tank I used a quick start liquid (don’t remember the exact brand) but I waited a week before adding fish. I did this to monitor levels and make sure it wasn’t a fake cycle.

Flake food really doesn’t get along with Bettas that well because when they go to the surface to get the food, they end up gulping a lot of air which could cause them to be bloated after a while. Pellets are the preferred food for bettas.

Watched the Lakers - Warriors game and then stayed up till 1:40 last night writing a 1,100 page essay. Essentially I’m dead this morning.

Same, I just don’t get it. I know a lot of people get fired up when others say it doesn’t exist and isn’t a problem, but I haven’t seen sufficient evidence or proof to believe/understand it. :dunno:

Eh I mean it’s Ight. Honestly don’t really mind it but I would prefer my pizza without it. Plain cheese if it’s Little Cesar’s, pepperoni if it’s dominos or papa John’s :p

Chick-Fil-A and me don’t get along. Their grilled chicken is ok, but they’re regular chicken wrecked my stomach on a number of occasions. Idk if it’s the oil they use or what, but it makes me sick every time I’ve gone.
