Just keep vigilant. I recommend an assassin snail, I won't cure the problem but it doesn't hurt to have a little backup. I did not take note if there were any snails you wanted to keep in there, if so please reconsider the assassin.

Get them a big a tank if you can.

No the scud thing I was talking about was dark green or brownish and it's kind of curved and you think it's a shrimp but it kind of scuttles and darts and skulks about, instead of shrimping about like all the cool shrimp do

The image seems to be locked, but at some point I wondered the same thing about a little critter in my shrimp tank. they look like little shrimp but brownish and greenish and a dart around really quickly into the substrate and burrow themselves in and if this is the case I'm 99% positive it is...

@xanflisher I agree depending on how long they've been there, I would watch them for a couple weeks, 😉 From my experience they are very hearty fish!
