    Could be white spot disease, the treatment with methylene blue should work, if not then It could also be a tumour which would be impossible to treat.

    Give the aggresive fish to a fish shop or give it away to a family member/friend. Put the injured fish into a quarantine tank and put fish Aloe Vera into the tank to heal.

    Guppies are evil, they wouldn't stop attacking each other in my 25 gallon aquarium, the attacks resulted in many deaths. Ended up taking the guppies back too the fish store.

    All your living guppies look good too me. The dead ones could have died due too the stress caused by the nipping, weakening there immune system, causing diseases. Guppies have been bred into so many different varieties so they are susceptible to dying of disease and other causes.

    electric Blue emergency.

    Looks like a fungal infection, try aquarium salt (1 heaped tablespoon per 5 gallons of water) or methane blue treatment (directions vary, do what it says on the bottle). This infection can be caused by bad water parameters or simply just bad luck. Good luck with the treatment.

    Sounds like neon tetra disease too me, isolating the fish was smart as this disease is contagious, sadly, neon tetra disease has no cure, so keep any effected fish in your quarantine tank until they pass. Neon tetra disease is usually caused from poor water parameters, too avoid this happening...
