yeah, the big 1 has already eating several including rtbs. this is my little brothers tank, he just got it and his mate has pulled a fast one and gave him these fish because he no longer wanted them. there is 2 rtbs's, 2albino corys, 1 shovel nose, 1 algae eater, 1 spanner barb, 1 long fin black...

have a look at pentazona barbs, just a thought. i liked the look of them and they are meant to be alot less aggressive. someone will be able to tell you alot more about them than me though.

dont harm the fish whatsoever, i have two large pieces and a smaller piece, my 4 danios and 3 guppys are doing just great. water goes a reddy colour tho, but im hoping it will fade in time. not sure if it affects the quality of water tho, someone will advise soon.

im kinda worried about trying a fishless cycle and im in no rush to fully stock the tank. was hoping to just start of slow and get into some kind of routine with the water changes, feeding and stuff.
