I have to be awake at least two/ three hours before I eat :) I did force a full on English breakfast at 9am last week as I had to have a tooth taken out.

I’m starving now 😂 all this talk about food.. sometimes I’ll have a bowl of porridge in the winter if I’ve got a long drive to do.. I think it’s something to do with different metabolisms and one size just doesn’t fit all :)

They are bladder snails I suggest you start picking them out.. you can freeze them to end them :) one or two are ok, but I had one or two three weeks ago and now have over 200 of the little buggers!!!!

I had it on the series of holes between the upper and lower outlets, not sure the shrimp liked it much, they’re much happier with it coming out of the top :)
