Items can indeed hold on to energy that’s been proven by science, I can read people by holding an object of theirs, have done on lots of occasions usually when I’m not thinking about it too hard. The horror films do give me the heebejeebies about such things but they’re just stories 😆

Do you have a pic of your tank? Maybe try if possible to move or add stuff to it to break up the territory a little?

My best friends been on a feeding tube for a really long time (10 yrs at least) they told her if it gets infected again they can’t fit any more:( she’s back in hospital at the moment, you should try and eat something little every day juice 🥰

Thank you, yes it’s kind of my first tank in a while. We did have a goldfish in here and he only lived 18 months or so. This time I want to get it right. I had one or two tanks in the late 90’s but due to moving out and growing up I forgot about fish. I’ve been watching tons of YouTube videos...

I think I’ve found a supplier for the cpds.. Real Aquatics in Aylesbury. Looks legit and the tanks now at 15ppm nitrate 🙌 going down nicely. Looking forward to seeing some fish in here.. it’s been five weeks already.

Last time I bluetacked a piece of blue a3 craft card to my tank.. cheap and you can pick any colour.. our old gf SpongeBob 🙏🏻Rip

Tidied up the tank a little today and put in the small piece of wood that’s no longer releasing tannins looking good but now after some rocks to make caves for the CPDs when they arrive.. Out of interest, has anyone here ever kept them? I’m reading that they sometimes have trouble acclimating...

Trying to get into the habit of doing something with the tank every few days.. today I added the wood that’s been soaking for two weeks :) the shrimp seem to like the new addition. I also did a bit of gardening.

Oh yeah, that didn’t even cross my mind.. :) hope I can find a nice full tank of pearls somewhere.

I really don’t want to put 20 fish in my tank in one go.. can I not do it gradually and build up the numbers? The tank size seems fine as far as I can see but I might have read it wrong 😑

I tried with a piece of boiled cucumber, by the morning they were full up and only 3 were left on the cucumber 😂 will try some lettuce next, will it need to be boiled aswell?

I used to have a pleco years ago, can’t remember what it was.. he used to love hiding but when he came out he was fine.. stayed out for a week or so eating stuff at the front of the tank then would disappear to the back again 😂

My favourite place so far is Maidenhead aquatics in Lechlade uk they have gorgeous displays, monster fish and a high pond by the till full of koi 🥰
