Well, the jury is still out, if these guys will become buddies… they are within a foot of each other, about half the time, not inseparable like Mutt and Tiger, but kind of amazing that the Angel won’t tolerate another angel, yet the silver dollar being the same basic size and shape is tolerated...

Well, after a few days, “Spot” seems to have acclimated to the tank… I removed one plastic plant, and one hollow log cave, as with the monster Pothos vine still growing out of that tank, with it’s big root balls, there was less free swimming space… and Spot seems to like having the extra space…...

I also use some plastic plants, in a few tanks, as hard scape, along with some real, both aquatic, and terrestrial, growing out of the tank.. are you using any carbon in your filter??? My black and the albinos don’t really shoal together So in your opinion, 6-8 are not enough???

So in one community tank, I have 7 albino aeneus, and 2 black Cory’s ( the blacks were salvaged from another tank, that as not great for the Cory’s this seems like a really great number of fish… in another tank, I had 4 sterbai, a couple died over a year, so now only 2, but they are doing great...
