If you have .05 ppm ammonia that is too high. Nitrite should be 0 as well. Was your tank cycled before you added fish or are you doing a fish-in cycle?

Could you post your water parameters? Ammonia levels, nitrate, nitrite, pH, GH, KH and water temperature. Are you doing water changes and substrate cleaning? If so how much and how often? What are you feeding and how often? Does he hang out there all the time or just part of the day...

I don't know that it matters from an oxygenating perspective but the larger bubbles make more of a blub-blub noise whereas you don't hear anything with the smaller bubbles.

Those are long-fins. Apparently they have 'regular' ones and long fin ones. The red one and electric green one have the long fins. Right - they are glofish tetras. I usually just say skirt tetras so everyone knows the specific type of tetra I'm referring to.
