3 weeks ago after I removed all adult fish from the tank, it quickly infested with all bunch of bugs and mosquitos. Yep, all 26 lemon tetras fries were dead :( So I moved all adults back. Luckily, I managed to breed them again and got 2 fries in the tank.

Everythings seems to turn back to green after stop injecting CO2.

Couple more questions. Can you dechlorinate water with fish in? I saw lot's of people using dechlor after filling the tank up. Does RO filter removes chloramine?

These Helanthium tenellum also turn red. Is it possible for osmocote fertilizer (yep, Osmocote burried in the substrate) to turn it red? Maybe lighting?

I’ve moved 4 emersed E. cordifolius plantlets to the planted tank and find out they have grown out these red leaves. Is this a defficiency leaves or they are turning into submerged form. Is it possible that they turn red cause of CO2? @Colin_T @Byron

I already do 70-90% daily water changes. I just made my own root tab from Osmocote and empty capsule. Hopefully it’ll work...

Nope, but I use ADA aquasoil capped with gravel. I don’t have root tab at the moment. Can I inject the substrate with liquid ferts? I saw lots of store selling syringes and needle for this.

About 95% of algae are dead, I did a big water changes and add lemon tetras for about 2 weeks, it’s almost at it balance. Now I have another problem, the Amazon’s leaves seems to be bent and turn yellow and red like nutrient deficiency but I add ferts almost daily?

Nope, out of test kit atm. Ada aquasoil and sand capped with gravel. I have tried pure aquasoil, doesn’t work out so well. 20 gal with Chihiros a series Algae happens after moving helanthium from this 2.5 gal to this 20 gal, already cycled...

Everytime I saw one of these turtle in the aquarium, they always have 2 heads, not sure why it’s so common for this species.
