Hi Wills, All is well atm, the Nic is pretty much acting as you say....bolshy She likes her spot and will chase away the smaller cichlids (nothing harmful). Eba's the same tbf. Doing maintance yesterday and he/she just comes right up to my hand to see what im doing 🙂

Sounds a lovely little set up 🙂 With the tank only being 3 gallon it doesnt really give you much options for live stock. Sadly guppies need a larger tank and require hard water😔 I myself cant think of any suitable fish for a 3g. Some say a Betta would be ok but i think a 5g would be my limit...

Yes i agree the Embers would go well and look nice with the honeys 🙂 if you like the Rasbora idea tho look into the Espei. Smaller than the Harlequin and are a lovely vibrant orange like the Embers (just another option😉)

With your Honeys occupying the upper water and the cories being playful below id say your tanks looking for a nice mid water school 🙂 Something like the Rasbora's would fit great or Cardinals to bring some nice colour🙂 quite a few options tbf
