What might help you keep it clean though is to wipe it daily with a clean cotton rag, like an old wash cloth or something. A paper towel might be more abrasive but you could use that too.

Those look like baby neocaridina on the sponge filter. The other thing you may be seeing might be an amphipod. They're tiny but baby shrimp are tinier than adult freshwater amphipods.

Those are likely just mineral deposits due to water composition and there isn’t anything you can do to prevent that. All aquariums will get that kind of build up. You can try turning the aerator down and if you can’t turn it down you can try knotting the line so that it slows the bubbles down...
