Best approach for a corydoras quarantine

I don't say it isn't any good but the assumptions made about "protein" and "ingredients" aren't correct. I feed my fish lettuce, brussels sprouts, brocolli, caylyflower etc etc... You can hardly go wrong with vegs, but you can with "humanmade" spirulinatablets a.s.o.

Finally I got a bristlenose pleco spawn

Put some drops of "Patience" on them and you'll know soon enough. As said elsewhere often first spawnings are kicked out for some reason. Just like some cichlids often eat their fiirst batch of eggs.

1 male per 2 female bristlenose

It will wear the male out constantly taking care of eggs. So no not a good idea. Even with one female there hardly will be pauzes for him.

Why is it so hard to find female gouramis?

The blue dwarfs are the only ones in which the females are actually blue too. So could be there are females in the tank in the lfs, only not recognised. Another risk is you're getting more.males.

Best approach for a corydoras quarantine

There are 20 aminoacids which make the proteins in different combinations. So comparing "proteins" is useless (even percentages). The protein that can be digested by one animal can't be digested / processed by another. So using human food cause it is basically an algae (kelp to me) without...

1 They aren't blind 2 Why would that be cruel if it was true ? 3 My Albino Aeneus were more bold than their bronze counterparts. Not scared of skittish at all. My albino Peppereds and albino Sterbai exact the same. So this ibfo about albinos simply isn't correct.

    Honey Gourami Help

It is probably maturing and decided to use this place to build a bubblenest. If there is enough space for the other to run to and swim normally I'd leave it. When he is ready he'll lure one (ot more) female under the nest to spawn and then chase them away again.

    Cory ich: best treatment?

On what signs is your bet based? To me there isn't any symptom of Hexamita visible. Hexamita doesn't linger at low levels and doesn't infect due to a weakened immune system. Don't treat based on assumptions.
