thnk u vry mch buddy. can u tell me the concept of change water with geyser water after cool. why he suggested me to do this.

no 1 of them is male molly. my shopkeeper said that if u regularly change water then ur fishes will die, do only 1 time in a month with geyser water after cool. i think he was wrong :(  can u provide the list of fish which is suitable for 10 gallon tank

size of tank is 10 gallon and i put heater at 26 degree Celsius . tank mate is 2 other black molly 1 platy 1 sordtail, 2 blue gourami ,and 2 rose barb. i dont know ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate but i changed 50% water 4 day ago and also cleaned filter . tank is 1.5 month old. and here feathers...
