To be honest I haven't got a clue what filter it is - it's a kids tank and the filter came with it?? I'm doing water changes daily - should I up it to twice a day? The other fish aren't pecking at him and he seems ok-ish, just less active than usual... Should I feed them later??

I did a 40% water change earlier - added some ammonia remover too! The others don't seem to be bullying him and he is swimming around every now and again, but always goes back to the same spot after... How much would you say I should be feeding them? They were due for some blood worms today...

5 Gallon Tank 5 Male Guppies Ammonia - 0.25 Nitrite - 0 Nitrate - 10 He's not laying on his side at all - every so often he does have a swim around - but the other fish seem very interested in him today?? :unsure: He has a little redness around his fins - no whiteness that I can see...

Aww - well I'll certainly be using warmer water tomorrow!! Lol! My son (who had the fish as his "first pets") hasn't noticed yet so we're hoping to get him a replacement later - hopefully Blueberry II will last longer! I guess it kinda makes sense that he was more sensitive - he was blue and...

Thanks for your help Hun :flowers: I think it was probably the water change that did it... I feel so stupid - but for some reason I didn't think you were supposed to use hot tap water - after it's been dechlorinated I don't suppose it matters though?! Lol!

I've been testing the Ammonia and Nitrite levels daily and I'm still doing daily water changes as they're new into the tank so I didn't want the ammonia to shoot through the roof!! :good: I've been cleaning a gravel a little whilst changing the water too so I'm hoping I'm keeping everything...

Tank was going for nearly 2 weeks with no fish - fish were added just over 2 weeks ago! Have been doing 30% water changes and tests daily plus using filter bacteria boost! Last water change was earlier today, 6 hours prior to test! ;)

The tanks been going for approx a month now - Ammonia is 0, Nitrite is 0 and Nitrate is 10 (I think I've got those the right way around, lol)
