Cardinal tetras are the elites. Its not even an issue. Cardinals or neons are the elite masters of the aquarium, thus, you must get them.

alright. Its done, I did blow into the bag before I read the responses, they did make it. The LFS isn't too far. Bout 10-15 minutes. ill remember next time I bag em to use the aquarium air pump tho. Thanks for the replies all.

Make sure you don't overstock the tank. Balloon mollies and neon tetras would be fine. Neons don't kill anything.
