Alrighty! If I turned down the heater (I believe I can) to 75 degrees fahrenheit, making it about a 5 degree difference, is that still too dangerous?

Would it be dangerous for the fish for the tank to go from tropical temps to Coldwater temps by taking out the heater? It usually stays around 80 degrees Fahrenheit, the room it’s in is at 70 degrees fahrenheit. Thanks!

Hi! I’m happy to say that despite her being super skinny, she had ~10 fry today! 10 was all I could find but they are very hard to see. The fry already have stripes... Here is a pic of the male and a fry (I think the pics in the third post are clearer):
