I do have a Keurig and will use this stuff early in the morning before I go running. I only use it because my local Starbucks is closed at 4:30 am. I prefer the term ''use'' because coffee to me isn't an enjoyable beverage, it is a tool that I use to be a functional human.

I drink 4 shots of espresso every morning just to speak. I add a little ice water to it and drink it all in a gulp or 2. I don't care for the taste of coffee, I only like the results.
