I was just thinking about getting a 20-30 gallon tank and about 2 red bellied piranhas from the local pet store, but I think Im going to wait on them. I was thinking about pacus...what about them? Are they good with other fish? Such as tropical community like tetras and mollies?

yeh hopefully it wont i think we are adding a couple black mollys and neon tetras in that tank.The betas have thier own individual tank for each one.

Yes, they are in the same tank, but we've been monitoring them to make sure they are not fighting, and they haven't fought. The male would only flare up at the female, but never attacked her. And today he hasn't flared up at her but once.
