theres white ashy somewhat powdery stuff on the glass of my tanks (salt and fresh (mostly fresh) water) is it limescale buildup? if so, hwo can i get rid of it? other then filling the water over it and waiting for it to go away.

theres is black algae (i now know is bacteria) looking stuff, like a web and its slowly becoming more and more, also theres these white balls in it, but im 99% sure that the balls are just sand (which i now know are air/gas bubbles). i have pics: anyone know what it is and if i should try...

alright and are most LR from LPS cured or do i need to cure em or should i ask? and wat is a fe hermit? and is aiptasia bad? or can i just ignore it?

this isnt really related to my tank but what does curing do and what the diff if a rock is cured or not also, this is kinda of a stupid question, are liverocks really alive, like need nutrients and grow, or do they just have bacteria on them and hitchhikers and wat should i get for a clean up...
