im shocked how well this fish has came on, its my PK male that was sold as a VT female. day after it arrived Now :D

my fish took a while to show signs of it, apart from the flicking against things. if your fish is healthy it wont make it very ill straight away, but is best to sort asap. i used waterlife white spot treatment, worked well for me, cant be used with invertabrates tho. i dont know about what...

Here are my new betta in my QT got 4 dragon females. Female CT , should have 3 more soon from a differant place too. Male CT that i got with the female.

sounds like the first signs of ich (what mine had) or could be internal or gill parasites.

is nice, looks a little photoshoped tho, how bright it is and the slight bluring it has caused makes me suspect it, i could be wrong though.

when i saw a few baby assasin snails appear from mine my temp was at about 27c at the time

to be honest i really am getting Very fustrated with this.... its one thing after anouther, these may be harmless worms, however i doubt it would be just my luck that they are a parasitic type. feel like giving up with everything.

the fish were ill before but you helped me, i medicated them and removed the snails , the snails seam in good health almost looks asif the snails have had eggs layed onto there shells. as they keep having this fluff stuff on them. i cant treat the snails with the meds i have becauase the meds...

they look alot like these.. which are apparently tubiflex is it?

not the best, but all i can do rite now. is it possible these are being carried by the snails ? only thing i can think of, everything was fine untill i got the betta simplex, removed the snails to treat them as they were obviously ill, flicking onto things, and being very misrable, one was and...

i would but there so small my camera is rubbish enough taking pictures of my fish never mind a tiny worm thing lol. no not been feeding any live foods, ONLY foods that went into that bowl were tetra min flake food.

when my fish were ill i removed my assasin snails because the treatment for the fish could have killed them . left it a few weeks with the snails in a fish bowl with air pump and small heater, only fed them flake food that i made sink to the bottom. they loved it. daily water changes etc...

cost me £2.95p obviously bought as a female, :rolleyes: is a nice fish though, would be intresting to breed him with a CT female dont you think?

well its been debated, on here and on a few other sites, wether this was a male or female, sold to me as female.... well i guess this raps it up anyway. when it was younger it dident flare much..... but now look, a full beard as they say.

UPDATE just checked out my female betta she has little white spots on the frotn half of her body and head. not many tho they are there. the others arnt showing white spots tho? ive orderd almost everytype of med , so hopefuly when its known what it is i can treat with the correct medicine.

i bought some last night hoping it arrives soon, i saw one of them go to the loo last night, sort of broken up help toghether with mucas , so i know thats not a good thing, meds SHOULD hopefully be here tomorow, i havent been able to go out and by some so had to buy it online. :blink:
