Took the male out today, fry are feeding well as is the Male, giving the fry a few more days to build up there strength before there 1st clean :D

You should be changing small amounts of water every day, vac the uneaten food from the bottom then top up again but add a little more each day

The gourami is the issue, the 2 don't get along and looking at it the gourami is the dominant one, the betta will never settle with him in there :/
