I know this may be a stupid question to some of you, but is there a way you can for sure tell if a betta is young, old, etc.? We think Siam is only a few months old, but I'm just curious. :) Thanks!

SiSi got his bowl changed today, so I thought it would be a perfect chance to take some pics. :) The whole setup, for those of you who wanted to see it... (It's a 1 gallon) Swimming away.. Pretty boy What he does whenever you walk up to his bowl... It's like he wants to come out and play...

Since I'm pretty new here, I thought it would be nice to see everyone's bettas and what their names are. :) Most of you know already, but I have one (yes, only one! :blink: ) betta named Siam! :) Can't wait to see everyone's pretty betta boys & girls!

Yep, it usually means that they're happy with their water condition, etc. :) It could also be mating season. :P

I just noticed your avatar- that's amazing, how his tail grew back! and also on your sig- we used to have an apple snail named Gary too :P

Hello, I'm new here. :) I have a betta named Harold, and at the moment he has dropsy. :( We are treating it with Maracyn-Two, has anyone else used this on bettas with dropsy? Has anyone ever lost a fish to dropsy? Thanks! (We are pretty sure he is on the verge of getting better). Devon
