yup I agree with Jac. bettafix is crap and has been known to harm bettas more than do any good. BettaMax has vitamins in it as well as medicine to help even more, and it does an excellent job.

i agree with wuv..err i mean kelly (hey you changed your name! lol) or you dont even need a filter for a 2 gallon, you can just keep doing small water changes every 3 or 4 days and it should be fine.

i think you need to explain whats going on before asking people what it is lol..cause we are all confused

i love them for all the reasons that people listed (except the one about tasting good -_- ) I think they are one of the smartest fishes out there, and they have endless possiblilites for color and finnage, they interact with you and the bubblenests they make are so cute!

well i just redid my girls tank with the play sand I got..took me about 20 rinses before I got most of the cloudyness out, and now that its in the tank its still cloudy..im hoping it will settle overnight or in a day..if not im gonna have to wash it more :crazy: oops forgot the add pics of...

well to go against what some ppl are saying here, there is a non-toxic version of hot glue that i have used in my aquarium and have had no probs, ive never used aquarium sealent but im sure its better.

hmm I see you all do weekly water changes in your 10 gallons..is it bad that I only do 50 % water changes in my 10 gallon once a month? Ive had the tank and fish for well over 5 months and they all seem to be doing fine.

wow, that is the strangest thing...you just described the dreams I have about fish. I continuously have dreams that I have fish tanks I forget about and when I discover them again all the fish are starved and the water is dirty and theres fry everywhere. I think it may have to do with us...
