Ok so I added more plants and drift wood and my duck weed has grown alot. Any suggestions on what I should add or change?

One of my fish died in the night and when I found him this morning he was dead. He didn't look like he was dying he just was a little less active than the other fish. He had red dots in his eye and on his belly by one of his fins. Does anyone know what this is or how to cure it?

Ok by beach i meant sandy river i cleaned it with a toothbrush and boiled it for several hours and soaked it for 2 weeks. I really hope its safe by now.

Yeah I read that and I have some duck weed in it right now I'm waiting for it to spread a little more because my lights are really bright. The picture below is what my tank looks like right now is there anything I should change. I'm going to add more plants.

Ok I plan on ordering mine from Amazon but thanks for the information. Let's say my water was perfect for the fish I mentioned earlier would that be too many fish or could I get away with doing larger more frequent water changes

I know u already told me this wouldn't work but when I went to study the ph that the fish needed online it said guppies ph was between 7.2-8.2 corys was between 7-8 and chili Rasboras were up to 7.8

So ph is like the acidity gh is the hardness and Kh is what makes the water less acidic? So if my water is too hard I add kh if that's how that works and if my water is too soft I add co2? I'm not adding these things just hypothetical to see if i get it.

Ok so I'm not sure on ph or gh but we run on well water that im pretty sure is hard. Also would chilli rasbora work instead of neon tetras. I haven't added anything yet.

I read that garlic would cure pretty much any parasite not sure if it's true though

probably some micro rasbora or ember tetras would work fine

I have a fully cycled 20 gallon tank I was wonder ing if this would be a good setup: 6 chilli rasbora 3 guppys and 3 corys. Is this too many fish?
