    Dead Sunburst Platy

I am starting to think that too. Just unlucky I guess. Although I have been told that sea shells can raise the pH, so I have removed those (even though they were bought specifically bought from a local shop for the purpose of placing in my tank) and carried out several small water changes to...

There seems to be a fine line between feeding well and over feeding them. As for the temperature, it is a constant 25 degrees C, this I...

Hi guys, Hope someone can help. I have had my tank for just about eight weeks now. Its 80cmX35cmX40cm 112 Litres. The trouble is I have been exposed to so much conflicting advice from all the local aquarium shops. The tank was cycled using a fishless cycle for 6 weeks using "Hagen Cycle" and...

    Hello Everyone

Hi everyone, I have been looking at the many websites dedicated to the keeping of tropical fish, yours seems the best so far. I am very new to the hobby, and have only had my tank for eight weeks. I hope that I will learn much from the site and become a better fish keeper. 8)
